What has Bryon Renison done with his life?

Experience

Initially my career path was headed towards designing and maintaining commercial IT infrastructure coupled with implementing industrial manufacturing efficiency programs with an unprofitable hobby of video production and building replica props.

I took that experience with me, and not much else when i ran away from the midwest to live in LA.

I’ve been based in SoCal and working in the entertainment industry since 2014.

My first gigs were prop centric, moving in to overall production services, with expertise in utilizing an expansive design and fabrication workflow to deliver projects to client spec, on time & on budget.

I am comfortable in fast paced environments primarily focused on design and execution of themed environments. Having successfully brought projects to fruition globally by leading great teams and calling on my own skill set in practically all aspects of the creative project pipeline from first concept to final presentation on and off screen in nearly any location imaginable.

Art Department

From a one-man band, to overseeing a department with dozens of direct reports, I love bringing a challenging project to life.

Production Design

Experienced in handling budgets from $100-$35,000,000 on projects ranging from half days to 9 months straight. My vision is adaptable, if you need someone to hit the ground with unique concepts in hand, or if this is a job that needs to “feel” like its paying homage without getting to heavy handed I’m excited to find what works for you.

Art Direction

Multiple sets in play concurrently? Hit me with em. Need to silently swing walls next to a live set to have any chance of hitting a hard out? No sweat. Me and my team can handle that with safety first - quickly efficiently.

Design & Fabrication

From the normal to the never before seen, I love incorporating innovative tech, processes, and materials to find a solution to the most difficult and meticulous builds no matter the size when it has to be just right.

My workflow utilizes virtual tools in every step of the fab process. From simple renderings to dial in the style, through to fully interactive AR assets delivered before ever embarking on the first cut or print we’ll find the perfect blend that keeps you to be as confident as I am that what is delivered is exactly what we plan, precisely as you envisioned it.

CAD/CAM, milling, CNC, 3D printing, Large scale fabrication, Welding, sheetmetal, traditional sculpting, silicone / resin molding & casting, foam, novel and traditional materials. I am incredibly confident that we can design one or more solutions across budget ranges to produce the product, prop, set, vehicle, or attraction of your dreams.
